Like the bourbon, Kentucky Owl Rye is a sourced whiskey of unknown provenance, but it clocks in at 11 years old (a ripe age for any rye out there), and it’s bottled at almost 111 proof. WebI’ve never had their different batches of bourbons, but their rye batches have had some good reviews. With an age statement of 10 years, and a proof of 114, batch 3 was considered an improvement over batch 2 which came at a lower 101 proof.
