I have a marineland c360 filter has been running for 6 months now. It started leaking yesterday slowly. I checked the gasket. Everything is fine. I put a little bit of vegetable oil and Vaseline on the seal and closed it up. Everything seemed to be fine but then started leaking again about an hour ago.
